Our Founders

PayFex Global was founded in 2025 by brothers Cian and Dylan Fitzpatrick. Graduates of Dublin City University and Alliance Manchester Business School, the brothers built their careers in financial services across the USA, Ireland (EEA), and the UK before coming together to launch their own venture. After identifying a clear gap in the market for a more transparent, cost-effective, and service-driven solution in cross-border payments and currency risk management, they established PayFex Global.

Their mission is simple: to provide access to tier one providers, making it easier for businesses of all sizes to send, receive, and manage risk on cross-border payments and FX transactions – seamlessly, securely, and with unmatched value.

Dylan is a fintech leader with a strong track record in supporting business growth and commercial success across global markets. Before co-founding PayFex Global, he served as Head of International Sales at Robotify, where he helped drive revenue growth and expand the company’s international footprint. His efforts contributed to Robotify’s successful acquisition by Imagine Learning, and he played a key role in upskilling and expanding a global sales team of over 400 professionals. Most recently, Dylan contributed to key business development and operational initiatives at Revolut, supporting the company's continued rapid growth. Earlier in his career at Sysnet Global Solutions, he gained valuable experience in acquisition strategy and integration—his first exposure to M&A—which laid the groundwork for his expertise in high-growth, transformational environments.
